Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel when shopping with BLURRY VISION.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly before the deadline that you wish to cancel your purchase. This must be done via our return or contact form.
Simply refusing to accept the package without notifying us is not sufficient.
Returns
Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the item until we have physically received it.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged during transit, or sent to the wrong address.
Return address and instructions will be provided in connection with your return request.
Returns must only be sent to the address we provide.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All tags and labels must be intact

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The item must show no stains, wear, damage, or other signs of use

The item must be free from odors (e.g., perfume, deodorant, sweat, or detergent)
For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept opened or used products.
BLURRY VISION reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements or are received after the return deadline.
If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for another size or item, both the return shipping and the new shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.

Delivery costs are refunded corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery option

Any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed
Complaints
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.
All complaints are assessed by BLURRY VISION. If approved, we will offer an exchange, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping is generally not covered unless otherwise agreed.
