Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • VISA

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay

  • Shop

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT.

We do not charge any card fees. The amount will only be deducted from your account once your order has been shipped.

Reservation of Funds

When paying with an international payment card, the amount is reserved in your account immediately. The amount remains reserved until:

  • We withdraw the payment when the item is shipped, or

  • The amount is released in accordance with your agreement with your card issuer.

Delivery

All parcels are shipped with DAO.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days.

For delivery to a parcel shop, the nearest parcel shop will automatically be selected based on the address provided when placing your order.

Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel when shopping with BLURRY VISION.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

Before the deadline expires, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This can be done via our contact form or by using the standard cancellation form provided at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

Simply refusing to accept the package without notifying us is not sufficient.

Returns

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the item until we have physically received it.

BLURRY VISION cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged during transit, or delivered to the wrong address.

The return address and shipping instructions will be provided in connection with your return request.

Returns must only be sent to the address we provide.

Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept opened or used products.

Unopened products must be returned in their original, unused condition and with intact packaging.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.

Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest standard delivery option (excluding additional costs if you chose a different delivery method), no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation proving that the item has been returned.

Any reduction in value will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
